1. Scope of Service

Premium Transport Zante provides pre-booked private road passenger transportation, airport & seaport chauffeur transfers, and private island sightseeing tours throughout Zakynthos Island, Greece.

2. Pre-Booking & Confirmations

Reservations submitted via our website or through WhatsApp are confirmed once our dispatch desk issues an official reservation summary containing pickup date, time, location, vehicle category, and agreed bespoke quotation.

3. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

For airport pickups at Zakynthos Airport (ZTH), we monitor flight arrivals in real-time. We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment your aircraft touches down on the runway.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time by notifying our WhatsApp desk or calling our direct line.

5. Child Safety Restraints

Under European road safety legislation, children must travel in appropriate safety restraints. We supply certified infant, child, and booster seats free of charge upon request during pre-booking.

6. Luggage Allowance & Extra Luggage Policy

Every guest is entitled to a complimentary standard luggage allowance of one (1) large suitcase plus one (1) piece of hand luggage. If your party is travelling with excess suitcases, prams, strollers, golf bags, bike boxes, or oversized sports equipment, you must select the “Extra Luggage” add-on option during reservation so that our dispatch desk allocates a vehicle with adequate luggage volume.
